Making butter is not an easy process. It is rather long and you should be precise and accurate with the steps to assure the high standard and quality of the butter.
The first step is to check the milk for quality and fat content; secondly is to leave the milk to cool, then you should separate the cream and then you should churn the cream; next you should drain the buttermilk from the butter; after that you should place the butter in a jar and then you should wash the butter with cold water to remove the remains of buttermilk. After that you ought to add some salt to give the butter some flavor and to make it more convenient to your taste. Then you should cut and wrap the butter into sticks or cubes as you like.
last but not least you should store the butter in a fridge so it doesn’t get spoiled and lasts much longer.
